1. About MGT

MGT is a members-only gold trading signals community operated by Justin Marriott. Access to the community is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Justin Marriott operates solely as an independent affiliate of Vantage and is not a regulated financial adviser, broker, or investment professional.

2. No Financial Advice

Nothing shared within the MGT community, including but not limited to signals, commentary, analysis, or member discussions constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a personal recommendation. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the basis for any trading or investment decision.

Members are solely responsible for their own trading decisions and outcomes.

3. Risk Warning

Trading leveraged products, including but not limited to gold and other commodities, carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You may lose more than your initial deposit. Participants should conduct their own research and seek independent financial advice before engaging in any form of trading. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. Membership & Access

Membership to MGT is granted by application and approval only. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke access to any individual at any time, without notice and at our sole discretion. Membership is personal to the approved individual and must not be shared, transferred, or assigned to any third party.

5. Member Conduct

By joining the community, members agree to:

• Not share, redistribute, or republish signals, content, or materials from within the community to any third party or external platform
• Not solicit other members or promote third-party products, services, or communities
• Not engage in abusive, threatening, or disruptive behaviour toward other members or administrators
• Conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the community's values of education, discipline, and integrity

Breach of these conduct standards may result in immediate removal from the community without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All signals, content, analysis, and materials shared within the MGT community are the intellectual property of Justin Marriott and MGT. Members are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or publishing any such content without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Platforms

The MGT community operates via third-party platforms including but not limited to WhatsApp and Telegram. We accept no responsibility or liability for the availability, performance, data handling practices, or terms of service of those platforms. Members are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of any platform they use to access the community.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Justin Marriott and MGT accept no responsibility or liability for any trading decisions, losses, damages, or outcomes, direct or indirect, arising from the use of, or reliance on, any information, signals, or content provided within the community.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued membership of the community following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Members are encouraged to review these terms periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
